Thank you for being rude – a tribute to the ***holes in life
Thank you to the rude person who, in passing, said that my blog was boring and insulted my IQ. I know it can get boring because it’s not only a writing venue for myself, BUT also a moneymaking venture, and too many paid posts, yeah, that scares people off. Since my writing is not always particularly appealing, I am going to stop trying to reinvent the wheel, and put more inspirational quotes on positive themes in the blogs. Together with Google having removed PageRanks for paid bloggers, this really frees me to maintain mirror sites without worrying about being penalized on PageRank for mirroring, and do it with just quotations, and not all my own writing.
Thank you to the rude man behind me in a checkout line at the store who called me a short dweeb for trying to get my quarters from the shortest line in the store instead of the customer service line. Because I learned to be assertive and stick up for myself without lowering myself to your level. I also realized that I needed to go take my B vitamins so I’d be a bit mentally sharper.
I would also like to thank the spammers. I know that my RealRank with Izea is up enough for me to get paid opportunities when I get tons of spam. When the spam goes away, now that’s a really bad sign!! So thanks spammers, you are serving a purpose, even if I never click on any of your links.
Thanks also goes to the rude clients that I get from time to time. It makes me realize that I have boundaries and I am willing to honor myself and not work with people who don’t honor me.
