Ever notice how many health food stores don’t have healthy food?

My ability to be healthy, active, and able to make money depends on healthy diet and healthy habits. Trips to the health foods store never cease to amaze me, though. I pick up a package of pita bread, looking longing at it, but a perusal of the ingredients reads “artificial flavors”, among other things. Everybody else may be eating it. But notice - how many people you do you know who are 100% healthy? No one? Or just a few people. That’s what I thought. The packaged convenience foods may seem inexpensive now, but the long term cost is high - with chronic illness and disability stemming from putting things in our bodies that should never be there to begin with.
A quality of entrepreneurs, whether they are checking out the latest way to make money, or the latest thing that they could eat - is … to be skeptical. Just because the government authorized that something be put in food doesn’t mean it is good or beneficial to you, just like … just because someone is advertising something online that makes money doesn’t mean it actually works.
