The Law of Attraction at work

After I went to my life coach/counsellor a couple weeks ago, and she was talking about vibrating to what you want, I put on a positive mindset and was thinking of all the inspirational and wealth-building tape sets I’ve been wanting to buy off of the Internet that are $34.95 each. I went to the Classy Rack to try to find an iron and ironing board to brush up on ironing for the sake of a caregiving client who wanted someone who ironed. I went to look at the books and CDs. I ended up RIGHT in the aisle where there were a bunch of tape sets on Wayne Dyer, Stephen Covey, the Nightingale press - which is exactly what I was wanting to buy off of the Internet.
I picked up two sets by Wayne Dyers. I put them down, not seeing the price yet. By the time that I realized that the tape sets were 99 cents EACH and that I should grab what I want not being selective (6 tapes in a set!), a fellow customer picked up the two that I wanted. I looked at the rest of the sets and picked up probably almost 10 different sets (stuff on positive thinking, life success, wealth, etc). The customer - John - and I, got into conversation pretty easily. Boy, was he cute with his balding head. And he has a sense of humor. I was bummed that he got the tapes that I wanted, and of course I took most of the sets. His friend suggested we exchange numbers so that we could trade the tapes back and forth. I went to go get a cart and in the 15 seconds I was gone, my stack disappeared. “Hey!” Someone stole my stack!” I said when I returned. He and his friend came around the corner and brought me a card with my stuff in it. I was grinning and said, “I knew if I left for a cart you were going to do that!” We kind of flirted back and forth throughout the store, keeping running into each other.
He called me today. And expressed interest in not just the tapes, but in me. He likes nature like I do. And positive thinking. Has kids, but not married any more.
