Dementia and B vitamin deficiency

We all value our mental powers. But let’s just say for a moment that you took a drive and then you couldn’t remember where you were going, or how to get back. Or let’s say for a moment that you had a conversation with someone, commented on the car they had, and then a half hour later you ask them as they are leaving, “Do you have a car to drive home in?”
In the past week I’ve cared for several with dementia, and the idea of me ever becoming like that when old is extremely frightening. I have, however, put some two and two’s together based on some of my own experiences with mental ding-battiness, and realized that B vitamin deficiency has A LOT to do with dementia and Alzheimer’s. When I looked it up on the Internet, my suspicions were correct and led me to many articles.
I also looked back through my 6 year old Dr. Schulze catalog and found out he had the same conclusion that B vitamins are for dementia, and that my suspicion that the supplement that I take (Dr. Schulze Superfoods, which is rich in B vitamins), can help to heal dementia. He also recommends a ginkgo tincture he has. You can find more on the Dr. Schulze products at 1-800-HERB-DOC. He is into alternative therapies and has made a big difference to many people, including myself.
If you were wanting to get your B vitamins in food, brewer’s yeast, greens, legumes, fish, and meat is where you would find them, as well as asparagus. You also might notice that when you have more B vitamins, your urine is more yellow and you can hold it longer (30 minutes to 2-3 hours instead of 5-10 minutes). It makes me wonder if B vitamin deficiency is also behind this whole nation of people who runs commercials about “gotta go, gotta go” and the promotion of drugs for overactive bladder.
The thing about addressing things naturally is shutting of symptoms at the root cause. B vitamin deficiency also causes depression. But if you address this with drugs, each symptom it causes is medicated with something else. It’s nuts, but if I don’t stop writing, I won’t get a break in between shifts.
